Lytle Scrapper Kits Available Thru Paypal

That's right everyone! I've stepped into the 21st century and I now have Paypal. Whoo-hoo! That means for all those Lytle Scrapper fans out there who do not live in Southern California or are unable to make it to my classes, Lytle Scrapper kits are now available through Paypal. Right now, I have my Halloween TLC and my Holiday Cards & More kits available. Each kit comes with complete step by step color instructions, with everything pre-cut and pre-stamped for you. If you are interested in any of these kits, email me at ly@lytlescrapper.com and I will forward you my Paypal info. Also, I will be adding a "Kits Available" icon to the sidebar, so check back often as we post more kits over the next month or so... gotta make some room for the lytle one!

Holiday Cards & More Class This Sunday

Just wanted to share some additional photos of the Holiday Cards & More class that I will be teaching this Sunday, October 4th at The Scrapbook Garden in Huntington Beach...

Isn't that just the most darling sled you've ever seen? It's from the new Cricut Winter Woodlands cartridge.

This card was inspired by another card I saw in the Close to my Heart Wishes book.

This is the gift card holder/ gift box with a mini ornament inspired by a make and take I did with Tim Holtz back in July at The Original Rubber Stamp Convention.

So to recap... THIS CLASS INCLUDES THE WALL MOUNTED HOLIDAY CARD HOLDER, 4 CARDS, A GIFT CARD HOLDER/ GIFT BOX, AND A MINI ORNAMENT. Thank You!!!

Tuan and I would like to thank everyone who came to celebrate with us last Sunday at our beautiful baby shower! Thank you from the bottom of my lytle heart for all the wonderful warm wishes, kindness, and love that you all gave us. We are truly blessed to have you in our lives. I have met so many amazing, creative, and talented people through this craft and I am honored to call you all my friends. An extra special thanks to Alice, April, Karen, Linda, Melissa, Nicole, and Wanda for hosting this lovely  english tea. Here are a couple of pictures I managed to sneak in before everyone arrived...

Karen, Linda, and Alice did a wonderful job with all the place settings. Karen also made chocolate lollipops in the shape of teapots. Linda worked her magic with the centerpieces and check out those rose napkins on all the plates. Alice made all of the teapots on the party favor boxes and table markers that matched the invitations... no wonder she's tired of teapots!

The food was absolutely yummy! April makes THE BEST tea sandwiches I've ever had... truly original sandwiches. Thank you to Melissa, Wanda, and Shirley for helping April put them all together. A special thank you to my brother Anthony {who's studying to become a pastry chef} for the tasty scones and tarts he made. Thank you, Mom for the delicious cake from Great Dane.

Thank you to Stacy for this awesome diaper cake and thanks lytle Rachael for giving me a heads up to what's inside =D. Thank you to Nicole for all the fun games we played... you did a great job hosting them and everyone had a blast. Thank you to all the guests for the wonderful gifts and all the diapers we received from the diaper raffle. More photos {to be posted in the sidebar} later when I receive them from Alice and Melissa who took a ton of photos for me as I was too busy running around and enjoying the moment. It was truly a special day I will never forget.

2 More Classes Before Baby

That's right  we're turning down the home stretch! Just two more classes before I take a break for maternity leave. I'm celebrating the holidays early this year with a Halloween class in September and a Christmas class in October.

Halloween TLC {2 Treat Boxes, 2-Page Layout, & Card}
Saturday, September 26th from 2-5PM

Join me on Saturday, September 26th from 2-5 PM at The Scrapbook Garden in Huntington Beach for my Halloween TLC class. You will make 2 Treat Boxes, a 2-Page Layout, and Card featuring ATC (artist trading card) techniques. We will be using Cosmo Cricket's Haunted Line with stamps by Heidi Swapp, Tim Holtz, and Making Memories. This kit is loaded with tons ribbon, bling, buttons, brads, and flowers {oh my!}. I was extremely honored to be asked by Creative Imaginations earlier this summer to design some projects for their Summer CHA Booth. This next class is one of the projects I designed for them.

Holiday Card Holder & More
Sunday, October 4th from  12:30-4PM

Come join me on Sunday, October 4th from 12:30-4 PM at The Scrapbook Garden in Huntington Beach for my Holiday Card Holder & More class. You will make this great wall mounted card holder, at least 4 cards including a giftcard holder, and more... perhaps a gift box or an ornament. We will be using Creative Imaginations NEW Winter Woodland Line by Christine Adolph. This kit is loaded with full packages of embellishments, epoxy stickers, chipboard diecuts, a full alphabet set, paint, and the usual suspects... ribbon, bling, brads, and flowers. You will leave with plenty of left over supplies {and time} to make more cards in time for the holidays. Space is limited so call the store at (714) 841-1801 to reserve your spot or stop by the store and check out the sample in person.
