Just wanted to let you all know that the All Occasion Cards Class is THIS Sunday, AUGUST 16th... must be that pregnancy brain everyone is telling me that I am developing...LOL! I did the same thing on the display board at the store...hehehe! Sorry for the mix-up... you didn't miss it! =D
Anywho, I'm back from our Le Family vacation in Las Vegas with all of Tuan's family {so, sorry for not replying to all your emails about the class clarifications}... it wasn't actually too hot and between the two of us we lost $50. We went to see two shows... Cirque Du Soleil's Ka at MGM and Wayne Brady's Making %@it Up at The Venetian. Both were great shows... the Ka set was amazing and Wayne Brady is just plain hilarious. I do recommend them if you haven't seen them. We did a lytle shopping along the way... on the way up, we stopped in Barstow for lunch and I bought my first Coach purse and wallet {all my other coach bags have been hand-me-down's... thanks to my Auntie!}. While in Vegas we went to the outlets there and I bought a $2 shirt for the baby and spent $10 on Orange Julius drinks. On the way home, we stopped in Victorville at a friend's furniture store and bought a new Cal-King bed... whoo-hoo! Cross that one off the home upgrades list!
Today, I went to a Customer Day put together by Monika Thomas, one of the Sales Reps in Southern California. We spent the day doing several Make and Takes and seeing all the new releases from Summer CHA from the manufacturers in which she represents. Here are a few of my favorites... Holiday Dazzlers from Petaloo, Earth Love by Cosmo Cricket, and Christmas Past by Graphic 45.
On the baby front, we had our highly anticipated ultrasound last Wednesday before leaving for our trip and went to see the doctor today. I am happy to report that everything looks great. The choroid plexus cyst has dissipated... YAY! She is about 1.5 lbs and is a lytle on the small side but hey, her parents are small people... so I guess that's normal =D.
Just a friendly reminder, the Vintage Travel Journal Class is next Saturday, August 22nd. If you are interested in either class, please call The Scrapbook Garden at (714) 841-1801 to sign up. Well, that's all for now... will check back in in a few days...

Thanks for another great class, Ly! I love my Travel Journal and still can't believe the base is a 10 x 13 manila envelope and a 12 x 12 piece of black cardstock. It is so rich looking and absolutely gorgeous. I can't wait to make these for Christmas gifts, and experiment with different themes. Here's to November 15th and your new baby girl.
