the new job that is! Ok, I know I promised some sneak peeks a few days ago but I have just hit the ground running and adjusting to my new schedule along with my new job. It has only been three days and it is so exciting. I am still getting my feet wet and learning as much as I can. The commute is better than my last job even though it is twice as far (20 miles). And my new/old boss (I worked with him at my previous job) is fabulous... on my first day he said, "You will get your life back working here and you will enjoy it." And enjoying it I am!
I have had extra time this week to design more projects for the Retreat... speaking of which, we are SOLD OUT! and we have a waitlist going. A big THANK YOU to all of you who signed up and inquired about the Retreat. If all goes well, we may have another soon! For those of you who have been confirmed for the Retreat, you will be receiving an email from me in the next day or so with further details, directions, what to bring, what not to bring, etc... so be on the look out for that.
CHA is coming up this weekend and I am so excited to say that by Saturday evening, I will be a Certified Copic Marker Instructor! This coloring technique has become very popular in the stamping industry. You can check out the Copic Marker website HERE to see samples of what other certified instructors have done... and after Saturday you can find me on that website as well. Hmmm, do I smell a Copic Marker Demo and Make and Take for the Retreat???
