Where has this year gone?! Can you believe there's only 38 days until Christmas? I'm so excited! Christmas is my favorite time of the year! It's also the time of the year where every weekend is booked... sadly, I'll blink and it will all be over... but in the meantime, despite the yuckiness at work, I will enjoy working on all the many projects that make Christmas so much fun... Secret Santas, cookies with recipe cards to go with them, Christmas cards, home decor pieces... I just hope I can get to it all! So here is my latest project to help me keep track of the days 'til Christmas...
Join me this Sunday, November 23rd at The Scrapbook Garden from 12:30 to 3:30. We will be making this cute LYTLE tree by Kaiser Craft using Cosmo Cricket's Oh Joy line of papers loaded with cute ribbon, flowers, and embellishments. You'll learn tips and techniques in distressing and decoupage. In addition, we will make this neat treat box to house our countdown tags in. Space is limited so call the store at (714) 841-1801 or stop by the store and see the sample for yourself. As usual, there will be some goodies to win as well as some goodies to eat. Hope to see you there!

We've had really good luck with the Canon Power Shot series. I don't remember the exact model numbers but both of my kids have a different model and they use them ALL the time. They've never had a problem and the pictures look fantastic.
